Retarder


Description
The SYH_3, proposed and developed latterlyadapts to cementing in mid and hight temperature condition. Under 90~220℃, it can act with the cement particle surface ,so it prevents the cement hydrating, prolongs the thickening time of slurry.SYH_3 has very well compatibility with other additives in cement slurry. There is no effect on cement compressive strength when curing temperature is higher than BHCT. There is certain effect on cement compressive strength when curing temperature is lower than BHCT.
SYH_3 can be applied to API oil_well cement. Mixed with density adjustor, such as microsphere, bentonite, flyash, ilmenite, barite, it could be mixed into different density. It is suggested to be used together with SY series fluid loss control agents and dispersant SYJZ_1, So as to get cementing slurry with excellent combination property.

Then it can form a compact film when the certain pressure differential occurred between the slurry and the formation. The slurry applied SWJ_6 has leak_protected and anti_migration functions. Mixed with proper thickening_time adjustor, the slurry could meet the operating standards.
SWJ_6can be applied to API oil_well cement. It can only be used by dry mixing peocess. Mixed with microsphere, bentonite, flyash, ilmenite, barite, it could be mixed into different density. Both fresh water and seawater can be used in the slurry.

Description
SYJ_3 is an update soluble polymer which is synthesized and designed to control slurry fluid loss. Through the double role of absorbing and accumulating, SYJ_3 forms a kind of weak_cross_linked colloid in the slurry. So it can inlay the mud_cake steadily, and stick on the surface of cement particles to minimize its micro porous. Thus it effectively controls the fluid_loss of slurry through tincreasing the slurry viscosity and decreasing permeability of mud_cake. This update fluid loss controller can be applied in wide working temperature range and salt_resistant. SYJ_1 can be applied to any class of API oil_well cement. It can be used by wet mixing and dry mixing. When it is used with seawater, we must increase the quantity of the dispersant. It is suggested that SYJ-1 can be used with retarder SYH-1, SYH-3etc.
