SYJ_1 is one kind of high molecule weight polymer mixed with some special materials. It can stick on the surface of cement particles and modify the physical and chemical function of cement particles. So it forms a net aggregate with the cement particles as its knots. It narrows the micro porous and forms a compact filter cake, so it can control the fluid loss effectively. The slurry which is applied SWJ-1 has leak-protection and anti-migration functions. Mixed with appropriate thickening-time adjustor, the slurry could meet the operating standards.
SYJ_1 can be applied to any class of API oil_well cement. It can be used by wet mixing and dry mixing. Mixed with extender material, such as microsphere, bentonite, flyash, ilmenite, barite, it could be mixed into different density. Both fresh water and seawater can be used in the slurry. When it is used with seawater, we must increase the quantity of the dispersant. It is suggested that SYJ-1 can be used with retarder SYH-1, SYH-3etc.
